Week 1 of the Summer Fitness Challenge: The results!

You’ll be pleased to hear that all of the Giles Publications team members managed to survive the first week of our summer fitness challenge (more information on that here, if you missed it).

We enjoyed healthy meals, lots of water and plentiful fresh fruit in the office fridge, and yoga sessions courtesy of Sherin Yoga at Barre 2 Barre.

However, who managed to come out on top?

Based on our activity levels and class attendances, here’s the leaderboard for the first week of the challenge.

Huge congratulations to the ladies topping our leaderboard this week: Alex, Hallie, Iris, Mel, and Queena!

We’re excited to see what the next week brings—instead of yoga, our competitive challengers will have the opportunity to enjoy kickboxing and drumming sessions, and continue on their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
